As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business development efforts of our blockchain company. You will work closely with senior leaders to expand our market presence, generate leads, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identifying potential clients and partners in blockchain-related industries, including startups, enterprises, and financial institutions. Engage through cold calls, emails, social media, and events.
• Market Research:Conducting research on industry trends, blockchain adoption, competitor offerings, and potential business partners. Provide insights into emerging opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem.
• Client Engagement: Initiating conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and how blockchain solutions can add value to their business. Assist in onboarding new clients and partners.
• Sales Support: Collaborating with the senior business development team to draft proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications. Assist in closing deals by addressing client needs and concerns.
• Partnership Development: Identifying potential collaborations with other blockchain projects, developers, and companies to explore new avenues for growth and revenue generation.
• CRM Management: Updating and managing client data in the CRM system, tracking interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups to ensure efficient sales cycles.
• Event Participation: Representing the company at blockchain-related conferences, webinars, meetups, and industry events (virtual and in-person). Support in organizing and attending promotional events and outreach programs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Assisting in tracking and analyzing business development metrics, preparing sales reports, and presenting key findings to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Freshers Welcome: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with less than 1 year of experience, particularly those with a passion for blockchain and emerging technologies.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with potential clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Interest in Blockchain: A genuine interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, decentralized applications (dApps), and the broader fintech ecosystem. Prior knowledge of blockchain concepts is a plus but not required.
• Sales & Networking Skills: An understanding of basic sales techniques, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with digital tools, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic knowledge of blockchain terminology and trends.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
